Each person or Windows Account that is logged in to Windows OS and using the QODBC or QXL product is considered a user. Our licenses are per machine basis and not user basis unless you are using hosted QuickBooks. This means that multiple users can access QODBC or QXL on a single machine without requiring separate licenses, provided they are all using the same Windows OS installation. However, if you are accessing QuickBooks data through a hosted environment, then the licensing may be different, and is likely on a per-user basis.
